This annual award is to be made to the Junior member who is
considered the most outstanding in participation in scheduled
activities, sportsmanship, seamanship, teamwork, helmsmanship and
general qualities of ability and leadership. This award is made by
a committee from the Senior Yacht Club, consisting of the
Commodore, Vice Commodore, Rear Commodore, and the Junior Sailing
Head Instructor. This perpetual award is in the name of
Mrs. Robert W. MacGregor, who, over the years since the Club's
founding, has contributed much and often in many ways.
